Do you have beginners classes?

Each class is accessible and achievable no matter your fitness levels. The beauty of our class structures and equipment means you can go at your own pace whether you are a first timer or an elite athlete.

Do you have an introduction offer?

Get 3 classes for £12. This gives you a chance to try all our workouts and even bring a friend for the price of one class.

What do I need to know before my first class?

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your first class.  This allows time to show you around the studio, get you set up and make sure you get the most out of your One City experience.

If it is your first class and you miss the instructor induction, unfortunately you won’t be allowed in to join the class. First experiences are everything and we want to make sure yours is the best.

How do I buy and use credits?

Credits make classes cheaper and booking easier. To buy credits, create an account and purchase credits from the ‘buy credits’ page. There are three credit packages available: 5 credits, 10 credits & 20 credits.

One class equals one credit.

Credits can be used for all workouts, unless otherwise specified. Some classes, like our ’90 Minute Ride’, require two credits to book.

When can I book my classes?

Our class timetable opens every Monday for the next two weeks. Themed classes and events will open up at different times. If the class you would like to attend is fully booked, you can add yourself onto the waitlist and we’ll email you if a space opens up.

How does the waitlist work?

If the class you want to book is full, it’s not over yet! Put yourself onto our waitlist by entering your email address and if a space opens up we will send you an email notification. But you need to be quick, as soon as you receive that notification the first one to book on will secure the place.

Can I cancel my class?

Not going to make your class? Make sure you cancel online by 5:30 PM the evening before your class and we will return a credit to your account.

If you cancel after 5:30 PM the evening before your class, your credit will be forfeited. If your spot is filled by the time it begins, your credit will be returned. However, we have a strict no-refund policy on classes cancelled within 2 hours or less of start time.

I’m pregnant – can I still come to class?

First off, congrats! Secondly, of course. We recommend talking to your doctor before you book in and letting your instructor know that you are expecting before your class so that they can make any necessary changes or advice for you.

How early do I have to arrive for class?

We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts, so you can set up your equipment and the instructor can begin on time. If your class is full and you don’t arrive at least two minutes before we may release your space to walk-ins.

If the studio door is closed when you arrive, that’s because the class is already in full-swing, so unfortunately you won’t be able to join in late.

Can I order a smoothie for after my workout?

Smoothies are available for pre-order only. Check out the refuel menu at reception to choose your post workout smoothie and pick it up after your class.
