High energy & high intensity, Run City is the explosive workout that combines strength training with treadmills for a transformative class that burns calories all day


The Work

This transformative, running inspired, 45 minute workout is divided into two training styles, running and strength. Half the class is spent on treadmills where you’ll be running, sprinting and walking. The other half is all about strength and conditioning training using weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to get stronger.

Each class focuses on a specific muscle group to work, whether it’s upper, lower or full body we can promise one thing… It’ll be seriously sweaty.


The Vibes

A mega-watt sound system, dimmed lighting and custom playlists help you smash your workout. Whether it’s hip hop, house or drum and bass, our instructors curate the best tunes to inspire you all the way. Our dark room, positive energy and inclusive vibes means no one gets left behind. We train together, no matter your fitness level.


The Kit

Assault air runners are the future of treads. Using the latest fitness technology, air runners put you in control of the speed, intensity and input of your workout. They are known for burning up to 30% more calories than the average motorised treadmill whilst the curve detail encourages a better outside running technique too.

In a similar way to our spin bikes, you can track progress metrics including speed, watts, distance and calories helping you stay on top of your performance.


The Science

The workout format has been carefully created to improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and muscular strength. This way of training also triggers the after-burn effect aka EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). This training system means  your body will continue to burn calories throughout the day, even after you’ve finished your workout.
